Russian President Vladimir Putin knows about the history with the detention of 10-year-old boy at the metro station “Arbatskaya”, but it’s not a question of the presidential agenda, announced may 29, the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov, Interfax reports

“Of course, all digests this information contains, but this case requires no separate reports. It’s still not a question of the President”, — said Peskov.

The evening of may 26 the police patrol detained on Vozdvizhenka street in Moscow 10-year-old boy who has read “hamlet”. The police thought he begs, as he approached different people with an open bag. The boy’s stepmother tried to stop the police, but was presented by the neigbour of the child, so she was not given.

The boy’s father Ilya Skowronski said his son enjoys the theatre and on the street were to overcome the complex. The man said that before the child is out on the street and the police did not detain him, however, on 26 may there was a “first egregious case”. Skowronski confirmed that his son had indeed collected the money, but spent it on myself on sweets and Souvenirs.

After the arrest of the child, the police apologized to him for the inconvenience. At the same time in respect of his stepmother, made an administrative report for disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer. The father of the child made the report about the failure of parents of duties under the maintenance and education of minors.
