As the most probable places of its location is called the city of Czerwony bór in the East or borne sulinowo in the North of the Republic. His first exhibits will be dismantled earlier bas-relief of General Chernyakhovsky from the town of Pieniężno, a monument to Polish-Soviet brotherhood in arms from Warsaw, a plaque with the bust of Stalin from Ziminki.

The Institute of national memory note that the new Museum will become not only a tourist attraction, but also historical and educational center where you can see the monuments and learn when and why they were eliminated. The Institute has previously advocated the demolition of 500 objects, dedicated to Soviet soldiers who died during the Second world war.

Russia is opposed to dismantling, because it violates the intergovernmental agreement of 1994 on the graves and memorials.
