Reconnaissance aircraft of the air self-defense force of Japan was wrecked near the island of Hokkaido.
The Ministry of defense of Japan announced that the plane stopped communicating with air traffic controllers. Broadcaster NHK said that the wreckage of the plane have been discovered near the city Assabu in the southern part of Hokkaido.
On Board were four people, said the Agency Kyodo Tsushin.
According to the Ministry of national defense, the aircraft was assigned to the North division of the air force. He flew from Sapporo to Hakodate for the emergency transportation of a patient requiring emergency care.
