Presentation of Honor Magic 2 will take place on October 31 in China.
Chinese regulator TENAA has published the specifications of the smartphone Honor Magic 2 with six camera modules.
Honor Magic 2 will have three cameras in front and three in the back.
Triple rear-facing camera combines the main sensor resolution 16 MP, secondary sensor at 24 MP, and a telephoto lens with a sensor of 16 MP. The front camera has a resolution of 16 megapixels. In addition, the novelty has two sensors for three-dimensional scanning Time of Flight (TOF) of individual users. Access front camera is opened by sliding the screen like the Xiaomi Mi 3 Mix. Thus, the total number of cameras on this phone – 6.
Honor Magic 2 got 6,39-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2340 x 1080. The handset runs on a OCTA-core processor with a frequency of 2.6 GHz. Early leaks confirmed that it will chip Kirin 980.
On the website TENAA, the smartphone is represented in two variants: Honor TNY-TNY Honor and AL00-TL00. Model TNY-TL00 has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory, and the model TNY-AL00 is supplied in two variants: one has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB internal, and the other 8/256 GB.
TENAA confirms that the phone has a built-in fingerprint scanner, but the spec does not mention audio Jack. The gadget works under control of Android 9 Pie with a proprietary shell EMUI 9.0. The smartphone has a battery of 3,400 mAh battery and support fast charging. Confirmation of support for wireless charging yet.
Smartphone Honor Magic 2 weighs 206 grams. On the website of the regulator TENAA is reported only on the black version of the gadget, but live photos showed that the expected blue and red versions.
The price of the smartphone at the start of sales is still unknown. Presentation of Honor Magic 2 will take place on October 31 in China.
