May holidays are always pleasing to the noisy celebrations, meetings with friends and family, and abundant feasts. To recover after the holidays, treat yourself to a few days of fasting.

After the holidays as the severity of abdominal pain and feeling unwell is common for many. Diet was shot down, too many fatty and fried foods don’t like your stomach, and alcohol exacerbates this condition even more. An important cause of poor health becomes and overeating due to excessive amounts of food eaten in the body of accumulated toxins. Detox after the may holidays includes drinking plenty of fluids. Drink plenty of pure water at room temperature, but not a bottle at a time, and allocate a quota for the day. Exclude from menu, sweet juices, soda and coffee. In water for taste, you can add a few slices of lemon.

After a week of this diet health will improve, extra pounds go away, and again the jeans will sit on you perfectly. It is important not to stop to eat right and do sports – then to return to a form no longer have!
