Scientific staff at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm found that even not daily, but regular use of products sweet pastries significantly increases the likelihood of cancer in women.

In particular, the researchers said: if a woman eats cakes 2-3 times a week, the risk of uterine cancer she grows 33%, but under more intensive use, this risk is increased already at 42%.

Swedish researchers found a similar pattern after they have analyzed the information about the health of the 1000 women who were survey in the period from 1987 to 1990. Then the doctors focused their attention on the peculiarities of the diet of participating in the project.

After 10 years, these women were again interviewed, which helped to identify their food preferences. Doctors were convinced: between the regular consumption of sweet pastries and cancer have a connection.

Note that the doctors from Berlin also made the statement that products homemade cakes can be instigators of cancer.
