For a light snack: bruschetta with tomatoes and avocado

Italian bruschetta is a crispy snack.

This is an easy meal satisfies hunger, so often served as a quick snack. Bruschetta requires a very high quality olive oil in addition to delicious bread and garlic.

Ingredients

Avocado 1 PC.

Baguette-1 PC.

The cherry tomatoes 300 g

Balsamic vinegar 60 ml.

Sugar 1 tbsp.

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Cheese “ricotta”, 120 g

Cooking

  • Thin slices at an angle of 45 degrees, slice the baguette.
  • Cover the baking pan with parchment paper and lay out slices. Lubricate them with olive oil.
  • Toast bake for 10-12 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
  • Mix balsamic vinegar and a tablespoon of sugar. Cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Rinse and cut into thin slices cherry tomatoes.
  • Avocado cut into two parts, with a spoon remove the pulp. Then slice into small cubes.
  • Lubricate all toast ricotta cheese. Then put avocado and tomatoes. Decorate sandwiches with parsley, pour over the sauce and serve.
