1. Milk-raspberry tea

Pour raspberries 150 ml of strong tea, and after five minutes add 25 ml of milk (you can substitute cream). This tea will calm and focus on productive work during the day.

2. Blueberry-walnut tea

You will need: a tablespoon of blueberries, a teaspoon of black tea, a teaspoon of partitions of a walnut. All the ingredients pour 600 ml boiling water and leave under a warming cap or in a thermos for 10 minutes. Before drinking, add honey to taste.

3. Tea with sea-buckthorn berries, orange and mint

You will need: 200 g of sea buckthorn, 700 ml water, half an orange, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 sprigs of fresh mint. Sea-buckthorn berries rinse well and cook on medium heat for five minutes. Berries, lightly crush with a potato masher, add the chopped circles of orange, a cinnamon stick and fresh mint. Steep the drink in 5 minutes.

4. Tea with red currant and rosemary

You will need: 40 g red currants, 1 sprig of rosemary 2 sprigs of mint, 2-3 tablespoons of honey. Red currants need to wash off all the twigs, and then rubbed it with rosemary and mint leaves. Put the mixture in a teapot and pour boiling water. Steep tea 5 minutes.

5. Vanilla-Apple tea

You will need: 150 ml strong hot tea, 20 ml vanilla syrup 30 ml Apple juice and 2 slices of fresh Apple. Brew strong tea, and add the Apple juice and vanilla syrup. When serving, add fresh Apple in a Cup or teapot.
