Four-door sedan BMW against two modified coupe. What will come of it.
While the overall theme of the race – those who have the same power output or those who compete in the same segment, this is a little different.
The competition against the BMW M5 are two-minded two-door coupé: a 10-year-old Porsche 911 (997) Turbo S with a modified motor ES and the Nissan GT-R tuned to Litchfield. A bit strange for the race.
Obviously, these cars are on the same level when it comes to the price – 128 960 USD. As the race is a bit strange, let’s first understand the numbers, to see how each of the competing machines when it comes to their specifications.
Nissan GT-R Track Pack, Litchfield tuned, can produce up to 640 horsepower and 830 Nm of torque. It weighs 1750 kg, with a slight advantage thanks to all-wheel drive transmission.
Porsche 911 Turbo S, on the other hand, is the lightest among the three cars in 1650 kg. It is also the most powerful car with 760 HP and 738 Nm of torque. Not bad for a 10 year old car.
Now the decisive moment. BMW M5 – in fact, four-door sedan. This machine is the heaviest, weighs approximately 1950 pounds with this has the smallest capacity, which amounts to 625 HP and 750 Nm of torque.
Even though it’s obvious who will win the race at 400 meters, we continue to believe that BMW won in the premise for this competition.
With the same price as the other two opponents, you get a car that can accommodate more than two people can carry Luggage, in addition to two additional people to be on par with other supercars. As such not to love?
