In winter, people often face different kinds of ailments than in summer, and with good reason. The experts identified 5 mistakes which we should avoid in the winter.

Constant wearing of socks and gloves. Nobody likes a bitter wind, but if you keep closing the hands and feet with socks and gloves-even in rooms, it is not very useful for circulation. Hands and feet can adapt to the temperature decrease, should not be sleeping in your bed in socks because it’s bad for circulation. This habit increases the risk of developing blood clots or thrombosis.

Dehydration. To combat the cold temperature, many people somehow reduce the amount of fluid you drink. This leads to dehydration, which contributes to dry skin. Remember that even in the coldest time our body needs at least two liters of water daily. If water is lacking, it increases the risk of kidney stones, indigestion and other problems. Drying clothes indoors. In the summer we can afford to hang linen on a country station or on the street outside the window, but in winter prefer to dry it in the room. Excessive sleep. In the winter people tend to sleep longer than in summer because cold weather outside and a very long night contribute to this. But excessive sleep is to our health almost as harmful as its deficiency, because wakefulness is necessary for the normal functioning of the body.

A sedentary way of life. In cold weather we are not really any rides, and, whenever possible, we try to stay at home. However, this is also harmful for blood circulation, as well as for health in General, because we need exercise.
