5.30. 60 gr. protein and two bananas.
6 PM. 500 gr. beef and potatoes with herbs.
8: 30 PM. 500 gr. salmon + 500 gr. sweet potato.
10.30 PM. 50 gr. casein protein or 6 eggs + avocado + 30 gr. almonds + 50g. peanut butter.
Another “Mountain” drink a lot of water during the day, as well as juices.
