This month, the last President of the USSR Mikhail Gorbachev celebrated its 85th anniversary. A month earlier would have turned as much to the first President of Russia Boris Yeltsin. The combination of circumstances and events? Not only. The fatal intersection of the lives of these people affected an entire huge country, in what was the Soviet Union. Some people just say straight out that they destroyed the USSR, others on the contrary – they saved Russia from the Communist plague. Who of any rights?
At least the position of the liberal democratic party, we learned the other day. This party introduced a bill for consideration in the state Duma, where they propose to recognize the activities of Gorbachev and Yeltsin are criminal.
