Apple intends to compete with Spotify and Stitcher in the field of exclusive podcasts.

Apple executives addressed the representatives of media companies, to discuss the purchase of exclusive rights to podcasts. In the future users will be able to pay for a subscription to exclusive podcasts as it works with Apple Music and Apple TV Plus.
