Every day, a happy event. In Tomsk, for example, launched street water column. The official opening of this facility with the participation of local officials turned into a real folk festival.

And in Tver region, head of administration Oleninskaya district, solemnly launched a lamppost. In the village of Holmets this is the first (and only) post with electric light. However, the holiday was slightly spoiled by a small incident.
One of the local women appealed with official request to outweigh the light, because it illuminates the building, not the road. In response, the head of the administration said that it was “not her business”. And when a relative of the woman tried to protect her, the official angrily said:
“Fuck you…, asshole bald!“
And what is surprising?
Nothing. All have become accustomed to the fact that the government is responding to the requests or suggestions of the people in this form.
People timidly says:
– We are against raising the retirement age!
Power says:
Fuck you…, asshole bald!
People with downcast eyes continues:
– We are against the increase in VAT!
Power says:
Yes you go to x… that ugly bald!
