Seventy-year-old Victor Rosinski of the Belarusian city Pinsk very atypical senior citizen. In fact, he looks much younger than his age: he will give no more than 55, and from the back so all 40. And all this thanks to many years of fascination with bodybuilding. Gym Victor arranged directly in front of his house, where each day is morning and evening in the fresh air, maintaining good shape and good spirits.
70-year-old Victor Rosinski pumps iron every day: 30-40 minutes in the morning and two hours in the evening, stressing the need to deal with constantly.
An elderly man lives in a private house, in the yard of which he built himself in the open air gym with an 18-pound dumbbells, weights, horizontal bars and barbells. Here he has everything he needs in order to keep yourself in good shape.
A big part of sports equipment — a homemade, assembled by local craftsmen with readily available materials. Once, many years ago, the entire inventory was purchased, but it had to be sold because of the illness of his daughter (she was trying to save him from leukemia).
Victor is now retired, but all his life he worked at the local shipyard. To bodybuilding addicted even back in 1971 when he was serving in Czechoslovakia. Since then regularly engaged in, it does not use any sports nutrition, or sports shots.
Victor eats the same as all, but often: 5-6 times a day. Eat whatever you like, including sausage and herring. Can sometimes even have a drink for courage, but never abused.
“Everybody says: no. How not? Money may not be, but there is always time. Get up early: dumbbells, press… Hold the form work, said the male journalist and jokingly said: — Modern man know how to be? The silver at his temples, the gold in my pocket and steel in his pants.”
In his 70’s, Victor — the most curvaceous retired Pinsk. He is not deprived of attention from the ladies, but to the unwanted attention from the fairer sex, the man is restrained, as faithful wife, with whom raised a son and a daughter.
